
















Mohammad Kamiluddin is a very enthusiastic educator in the field of training, organization, and Human Resources (HR) development. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Material Engineering at the University of Indonesia (UI) and Master’s degree from King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Cak Kamil, as he is called, is very active in various organizational activities both as a staff and as a leader. Among his organizational activities are the Secretariat of the Student Executive Board of the University of Indonesia, Chairman of the Indonesian Student Association in Riyadh (PPI) Saudi Arabia, Chairman of the Rumah Kepemimpinan Alumni Association, and Vice Chairman of the Almamater Center of the University of Indonesia Alumni Association.
He also has experience working in government institutions, namely the Education Fund Management Agency (LPDP) from 2013 to 2022. For 9 years working at LPDP, he was trusted to be the Person in Charge (PIC) for LPDP Departure Preparation and became LPDP Alumni and Talent Management Analyst. Currently, he is attending an online course at the University of Glasgow Scotland and is active in the Islamic Economic Association of the United Kingdom as Head of Islamic Productivity and Work Ethic Research.

Responsible for organizing a predeparture program for LPDP scholarship (6 days for each batch and consisting of about 120 awardees). The predeparture program is a training for preparing all LPDP awardees to pursue their further academic studies and research from both inside and outside of our country. The participants will engage in industry tours, outbound activities, social projects, meetings with prominent national officials, and other activities for six days. I had led the predeparture program in more than 120+ groups. To achieve the target, I lead a team of 15 people to manage this program.

CMPFA was established in Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering with purpose as a bridge academic and industry to solve problem with processes related to metallurgy and materials.

Creating assistances program for Rumah Kepemimpian graduates who want to continue their studies abroad or in Indonesia. During this program approximately 50 alumni got scholarship to continue their degree.
Creating a program that link alumni with prospectus employer. During this program approximately 50% alumni who registered got their dream job.
Creating a new program called Ngaji Kitab Bulughul Maram that invited teacher graduated from Middle East. The program was conducted twice a month and currently in progress from 2021 up to now.
I am responsible for conceptualizing and implementing programs that can benefit to alumni and employees at the University of Indonesia. These activities are in the form of scholarships for students at UI, regular foodbank during the month of Ramadan, and others.
Collaborating with the Indonesian embassy to organize various programs, especially teaching Bahasa Indonesia for Saudis Citizen. During this program approximately 35 (95%) of Saudis Citizen passed Bahasa Indonesia test.
